Yes, I've taken A&P 1&2, and Biology and did well, but I did well cause I'm the type of person that needs to know what to review in order to do well. The HESI isn't like that and that might be my problem or that's what I tell myself to believe. The first time I took the HESI I passed everything except for A&P (I didn't study at all, just skimmed through the HESI 3rd Edition Guide, and thought that was enough). The second time I studied, I did better but still missed it by one question. I started second guessing myself for some reason even though I knew the answer. I'm not sure if its due to being nervous or a feeling of loosing confidence, being afraid that I might fail again. Your suggestion is what I need to do. I guess I'm just here to vent my frustrations in order to forget about my past attempt so I can build up confidence and have a feeling of a fresh start. Hello, I'm planning to take the Hesi again and would like some suggestions on study guides for Biology and A&P. I already have the Hesi 3rd edition guide but this wasn't really helpful for the science sections. I've studied for my second attempt but it seems like I'm studying the wrong parts since I always get asked the questions I missed to review. So there must be something I'm missing or maybe I'm just unlucky or I don't know, just frustrated now. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.

I looked at it and I see the topics and the book where it came from. I guess I'll have to get those books to review. Hopefully I feel more confident, thanks for the help.

Hello, I failed the A&P section of the HESI A2 test twice now. The first time I took it I passed all except for A&P (it was my fault since I didn't study A&P at all). The second time, I studied using the HESI Exam Review 3rd Edition, and ReadyfortheHesi.pdf, my score was very close to passing. So I did improve but it wasn't enough. So what am I missing? I'm disappointed that I failed it twice, even though I felt like I knew my A&P after studying. There must be something I'm missing or not grasping at all. My confidence in taking this a 3rd time is kinda low. Is there any additional study guide that anyone can suggest mainly for A&P, and also for Biology. I did pass Biology, but it was just in the border of passing. Thank you.
