Hi Ashley sorry & thank u for your response i`m working in SCBU (special care baby unite ) for 8 years and they choose me to be preceptors and they give me assignment for what i will do for the new preceptee and they need my goal and how i will assess , my objective ,implementation and evaluation for each goal i hope u get me thanks
