Student_17 and for those who still need to buy uniforms, I found a good website to buy our uniforms. I ordered 3 sets and a lab coat for a total of $95 (S/H is free)! I will get the items on Monday. Will let you know if it's good or not (hopefully good!)

I can't thank you enough for supporting us even before the school starts. You are an angel!!! I can't decide whether to get a littmann or not. I heard that those stethoscopes "grow legs." For the books, we highly need Nursing Diagnosis by Ackley too, right? I'll add the Saunders on my list. :)

Thank goodness we don't have to bring any book! I just got the 2 volume med-surg, and I feel like just those two will break my back. LOL. I'm super excited!!! Still shopping for books and stethoscope...

Happy New Year to everyone!!! I'm shopping for books, and I learned that the med surg by lewis has either 1 or 2 volumes. Are they the same? Which one will you guys get?

And one last question (I promise), what kind of scissors do we need? Is it the bandage scissors?

OMG!! That is so cool! Money saved for books! Anyway, in the acceptance email, they mentioned having the testing on the 17th and 18th. Can we choose when we will be tested? and any advice on how to prepare for the test? Thanks gazillions!
