    hi yamkins, i'm a rn in phils. too, i want to apply to the bon of illinois but confuse with their application form and the steps. hoping you can help me with some questions... Since i got a CES with ERES already, do i have to submit CT-NUR & ED-NUR together with my application form? The CT-NUR form also state that completed form should not be return to applicant... also did you take toefl? because i did not but i read http://www.idfpr.com/Renewals/apply/FORMS/CGFNS_02.pdf - toefl/ielts may be waived if CES states that education was done in english with english text book.. have you submitted all your requirements? how long does it take for the board to issue eligibility? thank you!
