@cfiest01 ...I just emailed Ms. Karen Johnson and told her that I would like to confirm acceptance of alternate status. She emailed me back pretty quickly and said that was sufficient.

@purpledaisy The parking gate card is something you have to have to get into the parking lot. You pay a deposit for that and then you have to pay to park annually.

I already got in off of the alternate list.. If you get that same letter, respond immediately!

It was dated Dec. 12th.. I got it yesterday.

@jt112 Yes... I got a letter saying that an alternate list has been created and I'm on that list. They will notify me if a spot becomes available.

I'm on the alternate list... My guess is that if you still have not received a letter, you're in the same boat.

@cfiest01 I hope at least some of those letters mailed out on Friday are acceptance letters... I'm really afraid that they're all denial letters ... They have to let us know one way or the other.

For anyone that still has not received a letter: I was just informed that the last of the letters were mailed out on Friday. Also, I finally got them to verify my address... Looks like they're sending letters to permanent addresses instead of mailing addresses.

@jt112 I have called multiple times and they won't give me any specific information. They won't even verify that they have my correct address. The people in the student affairs office are very rude and vague.. and they are giving inconsistent information. I wish I had written down all of their names and what each person said...

I totally agree @purpledaisy ! The people in the Student Affairs office are also very rude and vague... I understand that they are being bombarded with phone calls, but if there wasn't such a delay, that wouldn't be an issue. I called today and while the lady I spoke to was very unpleasant, she did tell me that some acceptance letters have yet to be mailed and our acceptance form deadline will be different.

Me too! If I don't get a letter today, I may have to go to the student affairs office and annoy them until I get an answer.. This is beyond ridiculous. School starts in a month!

I still haven't gotten a letter... Anyone else? Does anyone know how they are going to manage late acceptance forms because of the delay?
