    Is it really beneficial to join NYSNA? What are its benefits? Has it ever helped you? I did some reading on their website but i'm still unsure. Is it required that once you are an RN to join a union in the first place? How much for NYSNA deduct from your salary each payroll? I'd really appreciate the help. I'm a new RN who just started working so i'm not familiar with all this union stuff yet.
