    Kelly, School nurses are in a very difficult position. Often what the state department states for education conflicts directly with The Nurse Practice Act. Therefore nurses need to read the state educational laws yet at the same time make sure they don't go against the nurse practice act. Sometimes this can create conflict with administrators. I will get back with you but right now i have to get off the computer. I'll give you specifics later. S.Jones
