I have a warning with stip on my license but I applied for the nursing jobs anyways even though I knew its going to be impossible to find a job. Today a hospital called me to set up an interview. But when do I disclose the information about my license? When they call me to set up an interview or should I go to the interview and then disclose the information to the nurse manager or whoever is interviewing me? A lady who called me didnt seems to be aware about my license situation. Should i call the lady tomorrow and let her know so she can decide whether or not she wants to go forward with my application?

I'm sure an interviewer wants to know why i want to leave nursing and work for a company that does not require any license? I'm sure some nurses wants to change career to pharmacy. I am attempted to tell interviewer I want to change my profession to pharmacy but I'm afraid they are going to be ssuspicious and check my license.
