  1. arial3]xxxdarkslateblue]xx[ i am currently living in ohio and had a temporary license that expired september 4, 2005. my place of employment did their own fbi check and drug testing that was cleared after a week so i was able to work. afer two months the ohio fbi returned my paper work and said the prints were smudged i returned them that day after having them redone locally. i had been watching to see if my license verification came up online in which it did not. i misread the date and thought the temporary license was to expire on sept. 24 not sept. 4. on sept. 2 i looked at my tempoary license to get the phone number off of it to call to see why my license had not been verified to learn that it was to expire on sunday. i immediately contacted my d.o.n and she and i both talked to the ohio board and the fbi. the fbi stated on thursday that they were faxing at the moment to the board. friday at 4:30 it was still not posted and now my temporay ohio license is expired. i only get recordings from the board and the fbi said they did fax the results so that i could work. this is the second day i am without a license and have no idea when i will have one to work. i allowed my west virginia license to expire after talking to the board there in june since this is my permanent residence now.
