  1. I have everything prepared for y'all after orientation.
  2. Okay, you'll get everything after orientation.
  3. Are you from Ohio? They'll will likely keep all local students local to your hub. People who wanted Ohio and who were not from Ohio, didn't get assigned there. Not saying that will be your case but that's how it's been for the past two classes. PNB comes later into year 2, and 3, so those numbers aren't out yet.
  4. Okay. I guarantee you somebody is going to decline. Not everybody's top choice is Ursuline. So when other schools release decisions people will decline. That's every school. I didn't get an offer "first wave" either. And like 6 people declined within that 2 week decision time and I was called. And why do you think that is.... in preparation for what...
  5. Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, Washington, Florida and Alabama.
  6. Correct Those are specialty rotation sites for things like regional and places where Somnia has privileges if and when needed.
  7. I have a textbook drive and I can post it in your group if you want. It's for the entire program.
  8. What do you mean you won't be going to any other sites. Sorry I don't understand your question
  9. It's front loaded. We go to campus (Ohio) in November for a week and then 2 more times throughout the program. The classes are "online" but they are live through Teams. Some of your DNP courses are asynchronous with deadlines. You rank your clinical sites. I originally chose Alabama when interviewing but ultimately chose Memphis, TN. Because they asked us more than once to rank our sites and I changed when they asked me again. We told them to be more transparent with clinical sites so that's why these letters are telling you upfront where you'll be going. But I know that was for those who interviewed with a clinical site. Some had no preference so I'm not sure what their acceptances say. We have a joined FB group as well for the first 2 cohorts combined. Our cohort also has a WhatsApp in which that is where 99% of our communication happens.
  10. It's rolling. The goal is to have the class filled by September. They will release offers and people have 2 weeks to accept. If those people decline then they move on to the next set of candidates. And they continue until it's full. Now I could reasonably assume they send all the offers out at once, but I can't with 100% certainty say that's correct. I am only speaking from experience and how it was for my cohort.
  11. I'm a current student. If anybody has questions I'll be willing to answer!
  12. Yes! I personally know 4 people who interviewed today! Classes start 1/9 so hopefully y'all will hear back asap
  13. It's sim week. Everybody is on campus in Ohio. You probably won't hear anything until Friday.
  14. Good luck. If you have any questions, just let me know.
  15. Interview is Via zoom, 15 minutes. Next interviews are Dec 23 and Dec 30. (As of last week, they were Dec 13, 23 and Dec 30). Classes are via Zoom and Microsoft teams, Tues, Wed and Thurs. Wed are intermittent class meetings, no actual classes, but they tell us to block that day off. The meetings are not usually prescheduled. First year is online. We don't need to relocate until January 2026 to wherever your clinical sites are. Will need to be in Ohio November 1-7 (tentatively) for the week long sim experience prior to clinicals and I imagine around that time is the white coat ceremony.
  16. Somebody interviewed Friday and was accepted. We now have 28. hopefully you should all have a decision by 12.20
  17. Emails were sent out. They received COA approval to increase to 33. There is 27 in our class currently.
  18. When you apply and are acceptance they will give you a list of clinical site options that are available and you'll will rank them 1-? When I was accepted they offered me Memphis, Birmingham and Jacksonville. I had to rank them 1-3 with rationales of my ranking. When my friend was accepted she was offered 5 clinical site options. I do not live in a clinical site bug (Washington, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida). Those that do, will more than likely be staying in that state/area but it's not set in stone. They do try and take preference into consideration especially for those who don't live in a clinical site hub but nothing is guaranteed. We will all find out before May 1st. In orientation, they did say they were adding 16 more clinical sites, but I am not sure where those are and we won't find out until all of the proper approvals are signed. My interview was mostly emotional intelligence. It included 4 faculty. 3 from the anesthesia program (the program directors) and then one faculty from the DNP program. I would know common CRNA questions and know your patient population. Know your resume and know yourself.
  19. We had orientation this week, and they told us they would be adding 5 more to our class. I think it should be 6. The school was approved to go up to 33. We had 27 present in orientation, but my friend just recently dropped, so I believe the "5", came from being 28 accepted students at the time. Interview dates are Dec 13, 23 and 30th. Class starts Jan 9th.
