  1. I was an alternate and I only applied to 1 campus. But I think you will be just fine!
  2. I got a call on Friday...I am no longer an alternate, im a full fledged nursing student!
  3. I am currently a patient at the laf campus so I asked my nurses & they had no idea what I was talking about. So maybe it is just Indy
  4. iT SURE DOES!
  5. My only anxiety is whether or not I'll be accepted. As far as being ASN, I am planning on going on for BSN so no anxiety there.
  6. Did you get your letter yet???
  7. On the Ivy boards, one person has posted that she got her acceptance letter from Richmond! They are coming!!
  8. Eeeeek!!!!!
  9. Katrina, You may need to step back and correct your own info. I know nothing about ITT nursing, it is likely a great program. But your waiting list idea about ivy tech couldn't be more wrong. There are no waiting lists. You do your prereqs, apply, and if you are accepted, you start the next semester. In some cases you have to wait until the fall semester. Thats it. No lists. As I said, I know nothing about ITT program but if it is not accredited, I wouldn't personally choose to go there. I'm sure that will be a factor when it comes to trying to get hired.
  10. Ok. I was starting to worry!
  11. Did you learn anything new?
  12. Did you learn anything new?
  13. What is you're name on ivy tech forum?
  14. I will be stalking this site tomorrow to see what you say!!
  15. Ok. If you don't mind, please post anything you find out. I am going crazy! Lol
  16. That was supposed to say yah. Not yahoo lol
  17. Yahoo, I understand that. I just don't understand how it helps. lol. Certainly doesn't help me :-p. Have you heard any other scores.
  18. Great job! I didn't do so well on the TEAS. I don't understand how weighing the score changes things. Can you explain? My score was 74.7% with science being my lowest (60.4). I know how to get your score for the program, but I don't understand how it seems to change things for people.
  19. I am also waiting for Lafayette. Do you mind sharing your score?
  20. I am waiting on my letter. I've got a pretty low score so I am so anxious. My score is 160.7. I would LOVE to see what other people have applied with...
  21. Wow. Both of these stories sound hauntingly familiar! I am 30 years old & a mother/nurturer of 4. I have always been afraid of the responsibility of being an RN, and I still am. But I, very recently, decided that nursing is the job that I will be happiest doing. I just want to help. I hope to work in oncology. The last post was so helpful & reassuring to me!!
  22. I am applying this spring & hoping to start nursing school at Ivy Tech in Indiana.
