  1. Is it a closed group? I can't seem to find it
  2. Congrats! I'm so happy to hear that. Just follow these instructions for the background check: http://www.sjsu.edu/nursing/docs/Background%20Check%20Instructions.pdf And for the physical and stuff, the student health center should be your best bet.
  3. Thanks! I hope it all works out for the best!
  4. Sorry I didn't keep this thread updated, but I was about number 5 on April 23rd and I got the acceptance on May 1st.
  5. Yeah I did! :) did you?
  6. Which email?
  7. Yeah! Thank you so much. I appreciate it. These last couple of days have definitely been stressful haha.
  8. Congrats! What's your impaction score?
  9. Just got this email: "I am writing certain applicants, as a blind carbon copy, to notify you we have finished our preliminary screening of nursing applicants for fall 2013; We have 142 applications and as you probably already know, we only take 60 /semester. Right now, the preliminary impaction score is 10.78 -- I must wait for 10 days or so, to make sure that individuals do "yes to our invitation" ( or say no, which may free up an opening or openings). We are sending out some pending letters, so you may get a letter next week and I am trying to prevent massive phone calls and emails until after May 5th or so....Thank you for your patience."
  10. Did you get that email too?
  11. Was it a bigger Manila type envelope or a smaller one?
  12. 10.7 for me
  13. I overheard someone talking about it, but apparently, even though the letters aren't out yet, if you are able to register for any classes under the "NURS" prefix it means you're in.
