    I wouldn't take Microbiology and A&P 2 together if you struggled with A&P 2 last time you tried to take it. :) Microbiology was really hard for me to grasp and I wouldn't have dared to attempt it with another science class. Do what makes you happy. After all it will be you who has to work in the career field that you choose, not your family. Do not let them make choices about your life or you will be the unhappy one in the end.
