the school should send it together with the form that they will need to fill up. the same thing goes with the license validation. the licensing authority, in my case the PRC, should be the one to send to CGFNS the docs that will validate your licensure. you will also send some docs yourself. like your HS diploma (photocopy). hope this helps. good luck

Are you sure that the PRC is going to be the one to mail the ct-nur to the cts??? I think we need to be the one to mail it to them, together with our 4page application form and the receipt from credited vendor. It's a double application, so you can register on both to save time.
