  1. congratulations on passing the micro exam! i'm hoping for the same results once i crash that bridge. :)
  2. thank you everyone! i just finished requesting my transcripts to be sent to exclesior. i'm hoping for good news in regards to my micro class. :/ if they don't take the credit then i will test out on it. i'm nervous! my biggest fear is failing but i don't want to say i didn't try:)
  3. I agree with all the above. You're taught to do full head to toe assessments so that you're not missing anything, regardless of what are of nursing you're working in. It's alot but the more you use it the better you become at it. :) It'll become second nature that you'll find yourself standing in line somewhere assessing the people around you.:)
  4. Life happens, but I've dealt with all that it's thrown at me. I've put off going back for my RN because every time I feel like I've gained some ground, something else happens. I'm not getting any younger, but my drive to get my RN is getting stronger. I realize that going the traditional route is not going to do since I am the main provider for my family. I have made the decision to go through ISU and would like to connect with other students who are also going through the LPN to BSN online journey. I know this isn't going to be easy, but I believe it's going to be so very worth it in the end.
