  1. What Should I Do

    I'm trying to figure out how to start my nursing career and what would be the first necessary steps to take. I originally majored in Journalism a few years ago, completed one semester and dropped out of college to join the Army (still currently serving) and now I am taking a few online classes here and there through a community college (Psychology, Biology, Nutrition etc) that would help with achieving a nursing degree. My ultimate goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner. I'm trying to find a college near me with a Pre-Nursing program but have had no luck. All I find is LPN's wanting to become RN's.. and so on and so forth. Should I first just get my Associates of Applied Science? Any advice would be much appreciated!! Thank you.
