Hey steppe I appreciate ur reply, i found the letter it doesn't say guilty it says cancel appeal or re appeal ,then it says the board will immediately begin the process, when they received my letter they gave me another later stating that they received my cancellation of my appeal therefor the ncsbn will cancel my test for, also it says pls note that if I apply to take the test the board then will be notified that I have violated the policy and then they will have to deny my application. So basically I thought I was going to be suspended but I wasn't sure because I didn't get any letter of their decision, Instead I got a reexamination application which then I was able to take the test twice,but going back to what the board said that if I apply the board will be notified and I wil be deny to take the test, since my application went thru twice I assumed that they cleared me out.. By the way they did not accept my reckoning date instead they accepted my hearing, I don't believe I need a lawyer because i just want to know what really happen that i was able to take the test and how the system works...and if they tell me that they made a mistake and I have to be suspended then there's nothing I can do.

yeah but that was for nov. when,i cancelled my appeal they gave me a letter saying they,recieved my cancellation test and appeal and also they mention that the board will decide if theyll let me retake it or suspension, few weeks later i got a reexamination so i assumed that their decision was to let me retake the exam. Then after taking the nclex twice now they're denying my app.. you get what,im saying? i was thinking that they've had some system error..... like if i pass it goes to the next level of checking it you know? Because when i failed the second one they didnt say anything but just the result and rexamination paper

so last week i send them a letter and made a request for reckoning date instead of this sept til sept 2013 i asked if they can let me retake this coming feb since that was the time i got my reexamination and also i was mislead to believe that i can take my nclex twice and the system accept my application and fee's its been one week now i havent got any responce from them.

and as far as ive seen NCLEX don't accept your application if you have any violated rules or criminal background so then you get a letter first and not be able to sit on the exam right?

HERES MY PREVIOUS POST, BY THE WAY THANKS FOR THE REPLY. PLease help me on this one, i took my 3x first was nov of 2011 my test was cancelled because i used my phone so then they send me a letter to appeal, after sending them my appeal they did not approve it, it says i can re appeal again and they will check it every 2 months or just CANCEL the appeal and they can go do the process of making a decision if they let me to retake or never. I didnt want to wait that long so i just cancelled it and after couple of weeks i recieved re examination. So the 2nd one i failed recieved a bad pop up so they send me another rexamination i took my test july 21,2012 and got the good pop up for 2 months of waiting. And i got a letter today saying denial of application for licensure because of what happen on nov 21,2011. I can request for hearing within 60 days and after 60 days my right for hearing will be deemed waived and request to wait one year before reapplying for licensure. I don't get it,before they send me a re examination wouldn't they review my records and application? it's killing me guys i hope you guys can give me an advice thanks

Can nclex deny your application after you just took the test twice?as i meantion on my previous post, none of them had happen this before..

Hey! nothing yet, i just sent them a letter to set up a hearing/ or request to reckoning the date of my reapply, instead of sept.2012 to sept.2013 i asked them if they can make it feb 2013 because the date i got my reexamination was feb 2012 and also i was mislead to believe i take my nclex twice. It's jus strange how i was able to take the test twice after that incident when i thought they decided to let me retake, and now theyr denying my application when i just took my test. Usually i read some threads where people get denied due to an issue or background and had to clear it up before they get their ATT and sit to take the nclex. How about you?whats going on?

hey callt84 it happen to me samething but i was able to retake the exam after i told them i dnt want to appeal, then few weeks later i got reexamination letter i failed and the 3rd time i think i pass coz of the pop up then i got the letter saying my application denied.

By the way thanks for all the replies from all of you. My whole point here is that, they told me that they are not accepting my appeal at all so if i plead guilty they can start the whole process of making a decision wether to suspend me for 1 year , ban from bon, or retake the exam ETC,it even says that "PLEASE ADVISED IN THE FUTURE TO APPLY TO NCLEX EXAMINATION OR IN DIFFERENT BOARD OF NURSING THE BOARD WILL BE NOTIFIED THAT I HAVE A VIOLATION AND THE BOARD WILL BE NOITFY TO AUTHORIZE YOU TO TEST, so few weeks later i got the application for licensure which we call reexamination application so i assume that their decision was to let me retake it and after paying 150 for processing fee which they would check your record, i got the aTT which it says i am eligible to take the nclex, and like i said i failed the test and was able to retake it again, but the result says DENIAL OF APPLICATION FOR LICENSURE which i took it twice... I live in california. i will follow your advice, the (DCA) told me to fax a letter saying what happen about the issue of using my cellphone , and i told them that ive already sent my appeal at NCSBN and asked if they got a copy and they told me no. After 2 days i got this letter. So your suggestion is state what happen again? and what else do i put on that letter, like i dont know how to ask them if they can forgive me? thank you for your reply.
