I start nursing school in January and I am looking to get a good stethoscope. I am looking at the Littman Master Classic or the Littman Cardiology III. Anyone have any feedback?

the nursing packet tells us everything we will need. Has anyone got a stethoscope yet? I am looking into getting a Littman, just not sure if I should get a Cardiology or Classic.

Happy thanksgiving to you also! I'm not sure if testing was extended, I just noticed in my evolve acct that it says the testing dates are 10/4/12-11/26/12.. I haven't heard anything, I check everyday, 3 times a day! lol.. I'm sure we will have our answer sometime this week (fingers crossed!!)

I just logged into my Evolve account and viewed my registered exam, it says the testing days are 10/4/12-11/26/12. I hope they didn't extend it again. I thought the last day was today. oh the anxiety!

I wonder if they will start sorting through applicants on wed., since the school will be open.. wishful thinking! lol

I agree with Lulu, definitely focus on Bio & Chem. The test doesn't really get too in depth with the subjects, but very random. As for grammar and reading comp., common sense. Vocab I would study the words in the book, but they also throw in random words. And Math, exactly what Lulu said, and you have a calculator on the computer the entire time, so that makes it easier! It really is not that hard, try not to stress too much. You have plenty of time to study, good luck! The waiting is brutal another 2 weeks of torture! Average is still at 78% with 5 days left of testing.
