    Try a paid rotation for senior level RN students. Lots of "teaching hospitals" have them. For a lot of them you can pick the unit that you are interested in. Also, don't let a clinical experience ruin your view of a specialty. Regardless of a clinical instructor of experience......look at the concept of the unit and decide if it is something that you are interested in or not and if so do your research!! Good luck!!
