  1. to work at naval you need at least 1 year experience. Pay is $25 an hour and up. i would not recommend onslow it has a bad reputation and they can not keep nurses on staff because of doctors, management, and employees attitude toward each other.
  2. Hello I am moving to Meridian MS and I wanted to see what were the best hospitals and the starting pay for RN with BSN. I have a interview next week at Rush Hospital and wanted to get an idea what to expect. I will have 5 months experience in Med Surg when I move in January. Currently living in Georgia and make 18.86+diff( working nights making $21 on weekdays and about 22-23 on weekends) Thanks Shen RN(BSN)

Thanks, I took my exam today and I had no peds questions. It was very difficult I lots of priority, med surg, and medication questions. My test stopped at 117 and I am not sure how I did.

Hello, I'm taking my NCLEX RN on 2/3/04 and wanted to see if anyone knew the normal vital sign ranges from infants to adolescents. Most of the NCLEX books have different information. Currently I am studying from Saunders, NLCEX 3000, Kaplan, and I took the Sylvia Rayfield course. I hope all this helps when I take my test. Thanks
