St. Luke's Global City Training 2012.
Hi I have been texted by SLMC-GC for initial interview just this evening and I saw through backreading that next batch will start on the 19th. Is it possible that I am still included in that batch? My initial interview is scheduled on the 13th and that leaves me (and them) 6 days (excluding weekends) to undergo interviews, exams, etc?

After no more than 2 weeks. Beyond that, it means you didn't make it.

I'm not quite sure about the next batch. I finished my PE Sept. 27 so I guess you'll already be part of the next :)

Sorry I have no idea also. I don't even have an idea how much a nurse's salary is IN GENERAL I am a March 2012 grad and this will hopefully just be my first experience.

Answers to your questions are in the thread, you just need to backread. But anyway, to save you time and effort, I'll answer. 1. No, the HR will not inform you right away if you passed or not. They will call you a week or so after the final interview. 2. The complete requirements shall be submitted any time in Nov. or Dec. once you have been told that you passed the final interview. Meaning, no need to bring on the day of final interview. Hope this helps! :)

I am not saying you won't, but for this upcoming batch of trainess, I don't think you will be included anymore. You can wait for the next batch :)

Really? I am still for final interview this week. Hope I get in! :)

They already stopped. They are already conducting the final interview for the successful applicants. You can wait for the new batch, but I think that's going to be next year already :)

It isn't me who doesn't want to share. Haven't had my final interview as well. I just feel the probable sentiments of those who already did and why they'd rather not spill it :)

All of those who underwent final interview went there unprepared. You must be too :) And that's a matter of fairness to all as well.

The number is a normal cellphone number. But I doubt that was the HR since they don't contact applicants as of now.

PRC license is not a requirement YET for the initial processing of application. TOR, cert of board rating and resume only.

Maybe because they submitted also their application during the time they temporarily stopped processing. So it seemed like they weren't contacted :)

I guess there's an exception to those who just submitted last week of September because that's the time they stopped processing applications to give way to those undergoing PE and final interview. But to those who submitted way back early September, I don't think you should still keep your hopes up.

I don't know if this helps but a friend of mine submitted her resume and was told by the HR to wait for 2 weeks. Beyond 2 weeks, they told her that she probably did not make the initial "cut". Luckily she was contacted before the 2-week timeline. And for those who took the initial exam and interview but told to wait for their signal before they undergo physical exam, if you are not contacted after a month to undergo the PE then it probably mean you didn't make it. These came from the HR and are not my personal assumptions/opinions. Hope it helps! You can call the HR yourselves so you can confirm.

They have stopped contacting applicants. They are currently conducting the final interview of those who successfully completed the physical exam. And there are applicants who took the initial exams and interview BUT has not been instructed to start with the PE and were told to wait first. So after the final interview, those who are done with the exams and were interviewed will be prioritized for physical exam before they start contacting a new batch of applicants. And if I am not mistaken, they are already finalizing this batch of CETN. The ones pending for PE will only be contacted when someone fails the final interview so someone would take her place. But as far as I am concerned, the new batch of CETN is pretty much already processed since final interview is pretty much just a "formality" thing :) Not unless you totally mess up or fail to appear, then you'll probably fail.

Yes, in my case they called. Usually they call/text applicants around 11am-2pm :)
