  1. I'm pretty sure we're in the same spot! I just finished med surg, patho and mental health! I loved mental health! Congrats on making it! We lost several in our cohort this semester!
  2. There is a guy on YouTube that helped me understand. Once I understood the main things the ss came along. His name is Michael Linares. Just look him up. He has SHORT videos on just about all topics. Also I practice with nclex questions either nclex 3500 or 4000. Read all the rationales and figure out WHY you missed the question and why yours was not the best answer! Good luck!
  3. I agree! That is why I am determined to use my 3 month summer break to really take the time to understand all the concepts I've had so far.
  4. I suggest med surg made incredibly easy! Also there is a RN nclex questions and answers made incredibly easy that really helps. Unfortunately I didn't but the first one and I think it really would have helped me. I made a B but I struggled with the material.
  5. So I just completed Med surg and Patho 1. I had pretty decent grades, ended up with a B in MS and a C (literally one tenth away from a B) BUT I am pretty sure that I data dumped. Meaning I don't really feel that I learned the material. I have to take Patho 2 soon and I want to not only do better in that class but I actually want understand the material. I am going to spend time over the summer going back over the material. My question is should I buy both Med surg made incredibly easy and Patho made incredibly easy or will just one help. Thanks in advance!
  6. Hey yall! I have a lot of credits from a previous school, but I have just started my pre reqs for Nursing. I know what you mean about wanting to hurry up and start nursing school. I also have to wait a year and a half before starting(AP1, AP2 and Micro) I just have to keep telling myself it will all be worth it! So far I am doing great in my classes. I have been disciplined about studying everyday even if its just a little bit. What classes are you in now?
