  1. Congratulations! Best of luck to you! Thank you for sharing ?
  2. I interviewed about the same time as you did. I was expecting to hear back last week also until I realized it's holiday weekend. Maybe they were travelling and they needed the extra time. Plus it's still pandemic "season," so maybe it slows things down. Still crossing my fingers tho ?
  3. Has anyone heard back since the interview?
  4. I'm an RN working in similar setting as you do. Which state are you in? The staff are bound by Danielle's Law, which means that if they see the clients in life threatening situations, they should call 911. Not all staff are rude and insensitive. State doesn't have monetary incentive for staff so we are often stuck with staff who are just warm body in the homes. Something like that emesis should be followed up by an MD/ NP. Can you let the GH manager handle that appointment? How medically needy are your clients?
  5. Took NCLEX on 3/22 at 8 AM. Finished with 75 questions. Did PVT 1 hour later with "delivery successful" status. Got good pop up and found out I passed 48 hours later. Yay!
  6. NCBSN learning extension. I did 5-week course. My NCLEX prep is mostly relied on this since it is structured just like NCLEX's topics (Health promotion, management, etc). I also used Saunders book the very last day before my exam. The NCSBN is compact, easy to read and does not overwhelm me with abundant information. It allows me to set my own target and pace. I thank NCSBN for helping me pass NCLEX the first time. You will need to have some basic understanding of the concepts; only then this review will make sense. They are pretty generic. God luck!
  7. If your state participates in "quick Result" it is worth the $7.95 to free you from the anxiety. My unofficial result came in approx. 47 hours after my test ended. Has anyone tried that yet? Good luck, everyone
