I have my second signature but no email. I am getting pretty excited!

I am still waiting on a second signature. Is it a bad sign that it hasn't appeared yet?

I emailed the customer service for HRSA and they were able to reset the account and I put in my banking info and signed to accept the award. It still says I am not guranteed the award but I'm close right? I feel so much better!

So I applied for 2012 NELRP back in February and have not heard ANYTHING since. No email, phone call, mail, NOTHING. I checked my application status today and this is what it said: We did not receive your confirmation to accept the 2012 NELRP award and required documents by 08/16/2012. Your online application has been removed from consideration and is no longer eligible for a 2012, award. Your overall Application Status is: Finalist for Award, No Response Has anyone encountered this before? I sent them an email and am going to call tomorrow morning but what can do? I pretty sure it is too late and I don't think they are real flexible even in a situation like this
