Like at one hospital we use D (Data), A (Activity) R (Response) as the headings for each narrative written. Regarding Nursing Research......most of the schools are pushing the APA format. You could do a search under Google....for APA writing and find information about using that style of writing in nursing research. Good luck!

Hi, I am taking an english class where I have to write a memo about technical communication in my chosen proffession. Since Nursing is what I want to do I need to find literature, websites, etc to help me find some info for my memo. Does anybody have any idea, or maybe a nurse I could chat with and interview to tell me about the different types of communication nurses do, such as prescriptions, or reports or something.
