    Have you contacted your union rep? Things definitely dont don't add up here. legal representation is a must I think. A previous poster said that the employer didn't have the right to seize your driving privileges, esp. if this was a single, isolated event. Call your union. My Union has been very supportive and if nothing else, they can point you to some resources. Good luck and hang in there!
