  1. Where else have you worked that you enjoy? Do you also enjoy working on the city?
  2. Thanks for reassuring! I was hoping my plans wouldn't have any flaws, just needed a look at it from actual nurses!! I REALLY appreciate the feedback!!
  3. Oh my gosh, that helped a ton!! Thank you so much!!
  4. Hello, I'm a high school student from Missouri. My DREAM is to move to New York City to become a RN with my BSN. Right now I'm taking as many high school classes that would benefit me and trying my hardest. I've always wanted to be a nurse. I've also heard the nursing field is really competitive. My plan is to go to college in Kansas City so I'm not Paying a ton for out of state tuition. Once I graduate I plan to work in KC still for a couple of years for experience. Hopefully by then it will be enough to move to NYC. But I've heard that being hired by a hospital is really tough in the city. Is there anything I can do to help my case for my future? Is this a good plan? Should I follow through or not get my hopes up too high because this dream is too far fetched? Any help at all would be appreciated! (P.S. I know I'm really young, I just want to know if this is a good future.)
