  1. We started with 33 students and now we're down to 24. We just had our cardio final last Thursday and many of my classmates failed! Are the drop rates that bad in all the other LVN programs!?!?!?
  2. I was in your shoes a year ago. I went with the Lvn program. And still now I feel that choosing this route is very frowned upon by the RNs. Anytime I say I'm in an LVN PROGRAM, they look at me like if that's the stupidest mistake of my life. Other than that, I think as long as u do something to get ur nursing career started, that's what matters. and of course remember to do the bridge program right away! I hear many of those RN programs aren't even letting LVNs start on the second year, now they are making LVNS start from scratch with the fundamentals. Apparently many were dropping cause they waited too long to go back to school and forgot all the material!
  3. Pharmacology was insane! At first the book even felt like it was in a different language! But it's doable! I managed to pass with an A :) good luck!
