Hi I'm at the end of my excelsior experience so I will let you know how I did it. First regisrter for exam and pay for it with Excelsior College then go to a test center, like PearsonVue and take the test on a computer. Some course/tests can be taken in any order, while others are in a sequience. Above all read and read again all the things that they(Excelsior) will require of you to graduate. Clinical is a PASS or FAIL so you must be 100% their way and they do not teach. Therefore you must deciepher all that is required of you by their standards. I hope this helps good luck!

Hi, I'm new to this forum and need help fast..I am looking for a simple formula for statement or two that explains why a choosen nursing diagnosis is a priority. I have a few examples such as, "mobility facilitates pulmonary function to increase blood flow. Failure to mobilize a patient can lead to postoperative complications such as pneumonia and delay healing and increase length of hospitalization." The nusring diagnosis was "impaired physical mobility r/t extereme weakness with s/s inability to ambulate independently. Can anyone help me? Thank you.
