  1. I can't speak for all, but PRN nurses get plenty of time where I am! Not sure exactly on how many hours, but we're always in need.
  2. Full time. I work nights, which some people might think is slow, but it's NOT! Haha. I spend most of my time doing treatments, charting of course, and then I make sure I have time for whatever random thing decides to occur. LTC is nothing like med surg, it's hectic in its own way, but as you get to know the patients it becomes second nature.
  3. I work LTC and I love it. I love my residents and enjoy learning from them. Down side is getting attached. It's hard to lose someone.
