Reinstate of Revoke LVN Calif How To?
hello-----just need clarification, did you get SUSPENDED?? or:REVOKED? Revoked is forever, i'm pretty sure, sounds like suspension. Do you have a Nursing Board Order? Same punishment for me, but different circumstances...appeared before the BON, got my "order", did my time, (and all the other bull-crap they insisted on me doing), called the BON for hearing "for re-enstatement", got papers in the mail, they schedule you for the next BON hearing, to re-instate your license. GOOD LUCK!! I HATE ALL OF THEM. THEY ARE RUDE, ARROGANT, MIS-INFORMED 90% of the time, AND THEY THINK THEY OWN YOU! i'm SOOO glad i'm finished with them...i'd love to check them for DUI's !!!!

Trouble with Board
hey----- i'm the agnescwal on here, having trouble with IPN; but when I appeared before the BON, there were 20 cases before me. one in particular almost made me turn around and go home and find another career. this guy was an RN, Emergency Room Nurse...25 yrs !! this patient comes in ER thrashing, spitting, (he says it was drug overdose), screaming, etc. well, this RN said "SHUT-UP!!!!!...Listen ! we're trying to get you to tell us....." ETC. you get the picture. well, the FAMILY was there, called him in, and i'll make it short, he LOST his licence...I mean REVOKED!! just for "shut-up". at a moment when you're trying to get info, (what drug did he take, what pain do you have, etc, etc,) I would've done the same. is this similar? he had a lawyer with him, but it didn't help. but he said he was going to appeal (which is your right) tell more about what kind of accusation...like i said, i saw 20 go before me! SCARY!!!

TPAPN Problems--need advice.
I'm seeing that it's the same red-tape nonsense no matter what state you're from. I am so upset that some (one in particular) of you are giving up. in florida, in my case, i refuse to "play their game"...I've been online for hours, days...and actually found that the one handling my case (IPN) has ...get this... NO FORMAL TRAINING, NO LICENSE, NO CERTIFICATION!!! gets her "title" by having "experience"!!!!! can you imagine?? all those initials behind the name were scaring me to death, all of it making me PHYSICALLY ILL!!!! until I researched these people who are in a position to RUIN YOUR LIFE!! still feel sick on a daily basis, but i'm not going to give up. i found many agencies to report them to (the ones who have inaccurate or incorrect info on my case). they ALL have someone else governing them...there are places to turn to .....I didn't think there were, but there are. spending way too much of my time on this, but worth every second! thanks

TPAPN Problems--need advice.
hello !! after posting my troubles with IPN (same crap, different state), i've come to the conclusion that these "organizations" and their "experts" need to be put out of BUSINESS...that's what they are...money-making SCAMS ! and OUR licenses and futures are in their hands, so they think. i have hired a team of attorneys, but i'll tell you, i will go to my board hearing as scheduled...but if i hear IPN one more time after that, i'm going to get another career. the stress this has caused (their INCOMPETENCE) has made me PHYSICALLY ill...and my whole family suffers along. although mine is not a financial issue, but one of pride and professionalism, the whole mess just isn't worth it. hire an attorney, he will put everything in perspective for you, and in your case, it sounds like a success is to follow. good luck!

iPN troubles
is anyone else having trouble with the "power freaks" at IPN ?? first the "addiction specialist" i'm sent to has someone else's case in front of him... or the case manager sent the wrong papers. when i confront them with it...i get "i'm not going to argue with you". i saw an attorney the following day, and although they're extremely successful at cases like mine, their retainer fee could be another AS degree!! anyone out there in a lawsuit with ipn or the " addiction specialist" ( i put this is quotes because he should have his license pulled!)
