  3. I did seek out the opportunity as they provided a sufficient amount of training and the staff seemed amazing. I have the opportunity to go to another NICU with a better work environment. I keep going back and forth about the pros and cons of each position but cannot make a decision.
  4. Hello All, I've been a NICU nurse for a while now and really enjoy it. However, I have an opportunity to start a Periop 101 Training Program. I'm confused as to whether I should take that leap or not. I would appreciate it if someone could give me advice on their Perioperative Nursing experience or if any of your guys have transitioned from NICU to OR - how it was? Thank you:)
