When I spoke with financial aid last week they told me they would begin to review applications on the first but that information may not be available at that time. They are just starting the process on the 1st. I hope this helps answer your question. Mine still says that it hasn't been reviewed yet.

The best I can tell there is only one ISBN number up for one of the classes. You have to click the CRN number and if it says syllabus available you can click that and the ISBN number will be listed under materials required, but only health assessment says that. We were told in Athens that they would get back to us with a list if they were not up yet, so we are just waiting.

Yes, I suspect that is very true, especially in Athens because our class is so small :)

I am curious what everyone thought about open house yesterday. For Athens, there were quite a bit of us there considering the class is only 40 students! I loved the student to student session personally.

As long as your titer shows immunity then you are fine!

I have finished all but my TB test. However, I can tell you that basically what happens is that everything needs to be done before the mandatory orientation. The immunizations office has said that if you are unable to complete the Hep B series and get the titer done in time to start classes then you must have a surface antigen done to prove that you do not have the disease and then send in proof of every vaccine as you have them and titer results when you are finished. I think 90 days before classes start is when they would LIKE to have them ideally but sometimes that is not possible.

I have been browsing online for nursing shoes. I am only browsing for now given we haven't been provided what exactly we should buy. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions of good brands or bad brands. I need a good arch support shoe. I know during one of the information sessions they said the shoes need to be all leather with no mesh and no holes. Just kind of going off of that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know where we are supposed to send our CPR certification? Is it sent to the office of Academic Admissions or the CON?

Yes, your net ID is just the part before @gru.edu. Are you using the right password format. The one they list in the orientation area is not going to work. As for any emails, the only thing I received was from immunizations reminding me that I needed to submit all that. I have sense submitted everything but the TB test. You aren't missing anything yet!

I have already had all my immunization/lab work done. It was quite a task because there are specific tests that need to be done for certain things. You should be okay unless you end up needing the Hep B series. Even then, the immunization office has a work around for it.
