  1. Yes I know.. We are in the same class!!! Lol it's Barbara lmao
  2. Yes chamberlain transfers credits over. The best thing to do is to get a grid of the entire 3 year program and try to complete as much as possible at. Community college Bc chamberlain is very expensive. I transferred in a & p 1,2, eng 101, 102, humanities, stats, micro, chemistry, psych 201, 224, sociology 201, philosophy. I'm taking math 114, history, speech, nutrition, philosophy and nursing classes there.
  3. Thanks everyone! I will definitely be checking those out and hopefully I will have some luck!
  4. I'm transferring in 38 credits. First semester: patho 1 (online), nursing 101, math 114, patho 2, nursing health and wellness, speech
  5. Hey just wondering if anyone else starting this May??
  6. Do you recommend buying or renting the books for nursing?? They are so pricey and one class has like 8 books. Thanks!
  7. Which is recommended... These books are a lot of money!!! And each course requires like 6 books each
  8. Hope so... Those books are $$$
  9. Oh that's cool. When are you supposed to take clinicals?
  10. Session 1: math 114, nursing 101 and Nursing assessment, Session 2: speech 101, patho 1, i think philosophy.
  11. Congrats and goodluck!! I will be at the Chicago campus. I am so stressed about the loans... I talked to my brother who is an accounts major at depaul and he guided me through this.
  12. How much was your path books and uniforms? I will be paying out of pocket.
  13. I got a 100% financial aid (pell grant), 100% subsidized and unsubsidized, that leaves me with about $4000-5000 out of pocket, I.e. private loans (chamberlain loan). I think the total is about $25,000 this year- I'm transferring in 38 credits... I should only have 2 yrs and 4 months.
