  1. Hi all - has anyone had any experience working for some of the new tech companies offering in person combined with telemedicine? Work remotely some days (all days with covid19!) and other days in office. Saw this company - helloAhead and was interested in others experience
  2. Thank you!
  3. Thanks for the reply. Yes I was talking about getting paid from the agency but as a contractor not an employee of the agency. Cutting out the middleman would be an option as well but would mean a lot more work. Can you message me the list that you have, I can't seem to figure out how to send a message! Thanks.
  4. I was wondering what most people choose to do - work as an employee of the agency or go with the private contractor route? It seems better financially to do the contractor route - claim expenses back, get a higher pay rate but curious to know what is the more popular route and why.
  5. The receiving endless calls is what I was trying to avoid - I like my iphone and am always online, which is why I thought that would be an easier way to go. FlexCare seems to be part way there - had a quick look and seems they take details and match you
  6. Ah ok, I see. Thanks for your replies I was wondering though, what kind of things does a recruiter do to make things go smoothly?
  7. I was looking to book online without phonecalls etc - e.g. search for work and apply online, just so that its more organised. I used to do regular temp work for an agency and it seemed messy, I would get a phone call with where to go etc and then I had to keep records etc. Seems like it would be more efficient if done online? Maybe if there was an app?
  8. Hi all, I am new to travel/per diem nursing and was wondering if there are any online staffing firms out there? I was told there was one out there that covered California but can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance!
