Thank you. I actually applied to many hospital around queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and long island. Another thing is i am new to this area so i don't know someone inside a facility that can be my reference for that hospital. However, i have great references from my past job. It is also very hard to contact nurse recruiters directly. I am praying and crossing my fingers, hopefully i will find a job soon.

May i have the contact information for nurse recruiter at Winthrop University Hospital too? I am looking for a job as RN and i like the Winthrop University Hospital. If you could help me, i will really appreciate it.

I am a RN with 2 years med-surg experience from TN, and i recently relocated to NY because of personal matter. I have B.S.N., BLS, and ACLS certificate. I have applied almost every hospital in the area for the position i qualify for. I only had one interview and i didn't get that job because they decided to hire someone with that specialty experience. I would appreciate any suggestion to help me get a job. I thought it would be easy to get job in NYC, but it does not seem like that. Is it really this hard even with experience?
