Ended the program with a B average. Got mostly A's and B's. I think I got like 2 C's through the entire program. I did fairly well thankfully. Yes I ended up with a C in Med-Surge 1 and 2. I thought Med Surge 2 was very difficult. Got a B in Med-Surge 3.

In the first month and a half I did about 75-100 questions a day. In the final 2 weeks before the test I was studying morning, noon and night. About 150 questions a day. In Saunders I went through the entire book and did each body system with corresponding questions. Helped with the content part but on NCLEX I feel it's all about analyzing data and doing some serious thinking. You kinda feel like you're guessing throughout also. Everyone has their own pace and way of studying and like someone else said you're never gonna feel like you're ready. Just study, schedule the test and go for it. You're not gonna be able to study and know everything, just pray you know enough to pass. Good luck to you!

I did all questions except for the case study questions. I didn't score myself. I just did the questions and read each and every rationale. They really helped with prioritizing and delegation. Helped to understand those topics better.

I'm in Indiana and I took my test on Monday at noon. My name was on the Indiana State Board of Nursing webisite Tuesday Morning at around 9 am. Then I got my Congratulations email Tuesday afternoon. Fairly quick process here I suppose. If you are getting the good pop up I would almost venture to say you passed. Keep thinking positively.

Hello to all. I took the NCLEX exam on yesterday and passed with 75 questions! Went to the pearsonvue website about 2 hours later and tried to register and it wouldn't let me. Found out my official results and God is good! I think they hit me with everything on the test that you could think of. I studied for about 2 months and probably did about 3000 or more questions. To study I used Saunders Comprehensive Review RN--Highly recommend LaCharity Prioritization, Delegation and Assignment--Highly recommend Davis Q & A RN Lippincott Q & A RN Nursing Made Insanely Easy NCLEX RN 4000 Oh and I had everyone that I could think of to pray for me because I TOTALLY believe in the power of prayer. Right before the test I went into the bathroom and said the Lords Prayer! Hey whatever it took. I'm grateful to God because without him I could not of done it. Everyone keep the faith.
