  1. Difference between Nursing levels (eg. NUM lvl 2 and NUM lvl3)

    Hi everyone, I'm having a bit of a hard time understanding the different nursing levels and grades in Australia. I think that the different RN levels are simply based on expeience in years but have not found much to confirm this. Also what's the difference in NUM levels? Is it simply experience based or is there some additional exams to pass? Any help or clarity would be really appreciated!
