    hi guys im trying to figure out if anyone knows if being arrestted for a traffic violation , that was thrown out should be disclosed on my application for licensure in indian ? does anyone know if it will prevent me from getting my nursing license ? i was not convicted of anything it was dismissed because i didnt have my licens and insurance in the vehicle when the cop pulled me over. i brought it to court and they threw it out
