Take time to recover & heal yourself. Rest, healing music, nature, journaling, whatever works for you. Sometimes you can even scream & cuss. Pound pillows until exhausted. Whatever works. Just don't hold it in. Me - I talk to others - they get sick of me, but they listen. We all deserve to sit on the pity pot from time to time too - you just have to remember to flush!!
