  1. I reside in ARKANSAS and this state just passed a new law premitting anyone with a expongrmrnt or parden of seal to get a job in the long term care, My short story is i was engaged to a man for two years that started to beat on me well one day i had enough and was going to leave him and he started beating me so i fought back long story short we went to jail neighbors called i was a bloddy mess and my ex had a few scratches, now i know what ur thinking why didnt i leave before, well ive learned now to be less sentimental towards men, but as we went to court i didnt know that i was being charged with domestic battery untill it was all said and done with well a year later i met a man that i am married to now he exsponged my record so i could work as an CNA again, but now im a Pre-nursing student and im worried i cant take my NCLEX i dont know what to do my gut is saying move out of ARKANSAS but what if that new law is there as well?
