    This is terrible! Unfortunately, I found med/surg nursing to be horrible, did it for 4 yrs and that was enough for me. A lot of patients had zero respect for nurses and that's just not okay. I am now in hospice home health and it's MUCH different in my experience. I hope you don't give up on nursing. I would say to try home health and/or hospice. You will get the respect all nurses deserve.
