Hi, oh ok. That's good wow u got a job in a hospital after ur cna class that's awesome it's hard to get in hopsitals specially for new cnas, I wanna go to hospice or home care less drama too much drama in longterm rehab facilities hospitals

And I hate lack of teamwork

Yeah I can't stand nursing home with the nasty pee smell, sticking 3 or 4 patients to a room with a jack and Jill bathroom ( a bathroom that opens up to next room of 2,3,4 patients ) beat up looking furniture floors walls malfunctioning mechanical lifts, one shower room to a wing of 66 patients. I worked in a facility of 66 beds and we only had one shower room for our 66 patients! I hate nasty neglectful lazy nurses and cnas.

Hi allied health. Good luck with ur clinicals you will b an awesome cna. That's wonderful u got the poor man some proper clothes a good washup and to get him to eat, kudos on learning spanish. I have a Spanish speaking resident who refuses to eat washup and we have Spanish speaking staff and she won't cooperate it took 3 cnas to clean her up full off poop yesterday, sometimes we have to call her family to help us. Her dementia is progressing to the point she wanders tries to leave the building and will refuse to eat and washup change clothes yes I hate neglect horrible living conditions in nursing home you will be awesome cna welcome to the cna world

I work Ina nursing home my job is rough but I love it, I didn't get into nursing school but I'm applying at hospitals hospice home care and I'm EKG certified. I've been a cna for 8yrs do u like ur job Kyle what I don't like about my job is working with lazy rude selfish cnas and nurses the bad apples will ruin ur work life but I do work with great folks bad apples r everywhere I smile do my job right get my check and go home lol. Hi you all I have been a cna since I was 20. I worked at a nursing home/ short term rehab since my cna graduation. I go to school part time at the community college for nursing prerequisites. I live on my own as well I work 40+ hrs at my job my cna job is tough gross but also rewarding because I take great care of my patients. I'm happy to help them. I've met many great patients thru my years as a cna, they're like family to me, some nurses and cans I work with r rude neglectful lazy bums, they have no business being in healthcare, bad apples in my job can be stressful, but I focus on my patient are and do my job right no drama for me, well I hope y'all have a good holiday, peace out:)
