New RN grad, work in Boston.
thank you for the encouragement! I've been sending out applications-def over 150 in the tampa/orlando/jacksonville area... with no call backs. the one place that has called back is the boston maxim home health care place, fate!!! it's crazy i could end up with a interview in boston faster than in florida! im nervous about what kind of agency hires new grad, no experiance, to be left alone with home health care though...sounds shady. i'll check that newton hospital out

I got a second interview with MAXIM Healthcare services. Basically home health located out of newton,ma. I'm wondering what kind of agency this is and if I should run away or stick with it because it's the only place that has called me back for an interview.

Rn to bsn, wgu or uta?
I'm a registered FL nurse. I have my AA and my AS in Nursing. I can't find a job and decided to go back to school asap! So, the only two schools that I can find to enroll in mid fall are Western Gov University and University of Texas at Arl. I was wondering which one would be a better fit? I HATE writing papers but i understand the RN to BSN is a lot of essays! I'm looking for cheap and easy! I know they are both accrediated and both cheap. I just want to know which one you would pick or your experiance with those schools. Any input is apprechiated!

thanks for the info on the smaller hospitals, i will check them out. I'm gonna spend a month up there looking for a job... if nothing happens i'll move back to florida... but the job market down here is depressing as well!

FAU's RN to BSN, do I ACTUALLY need to buy their books?

I graduated with my A.S.N, I just passed my boards and i'm a registered nurse in Florida, YAY :) I'm going to continue school for my B.S.N. through an online program,eventually... I currently live in florida but i want to live in boston, so... My question is... How do I get a job in Boston as a ASN RN... I have questions about the whole process!! Should I move there and then pursue getting a job or get a job before. Should I get my license in Mass. before I look for a nursing job? HELP. I have put out many applications...
