Chamberlain-Addison summer 2012
you'll be fine just remember to put forth the effort because it definitely wont be easy. I had to find that out the hard way. I work full time only because I have to but you will definitely not have a life especially when you make it to funds, patho, and health assessment which i would recommend that you dont take patho with funds. I found it to be less stressful taking patho beforehand. I've seen alot of people struggle taking all those classes together but I have seen people make it taking those classes. Good luck in your upcoming semester.

Questions about Curriculum Plan
No problem.I did algebra and transitions together. The campus algebra is online algebra the only difference is you have an instructor right there that you can refer to. There is no lecturing for the campus algebra. I felt like I might as well have taken it online. I haven't taken diversity yet i just heard about it but however I don't have any kids, so if you feel like you can handle only two then go for it. Good luck on your boards you'll be fine :)

Chamberlain: pros and cons?!
I currently attend the chicago campus and I love it. The instructors are great and definitely utilize your resources such as the tutoring in the cas center. I would have to disagree with you about not being able to transfer your credits to another university and I know people who attended chamberlain and was able to transfer their credits earned at chamberlain to well known grad school. As long as the school that you're transferring your credits to has the same accreditation you should be fine. it's great school.

Worried to death about dosage cal!
Med calculation is not so bad. I think most people struggle at math. Definitely get a head start and purchase a calculation book. My clinical calculations book is very helpful. If your going to be a nurse you better get used to it, as a nurse you will spend the majority of your time passing meds. But you'll be fine dont worry about it.

Chamberlain-Addison summer 2012
Hello, I'm currently attending the chicago campus and have taken NR 101 and 222. Nr 101 is probably the easiest (besides health assessment) class you'll ever take in nursing school. NR 222 is a little more challenging. Don't take it for granted definitely study. Read the chapters and take notes in class you'll be fine. Hope this helps. If you have any questions feel to ask. I'm a little further than you. I will be going into Adult health and pharmacology this July

Questions about Curriculum Plan
Hello. Im a current student at the chicago campus and their algebra class is a joke. You should be fine taking transitions and algebra together. Also if it were me I would probably do cultural diversity along with the other two. I heard diversity is not such a hard course. And also if your health assessment course didn't transfer and you know for sure it's the same course try obtaining a course syllabus from your previous course and maybe they'll grant it. I had the same problem with my speech course but of course in the end they still wouldn't take it. Hope this helps.
