  1. I would like to encourage all those who are taking the NCLEX. I took the test last Thursday. I didn't feel prepared at all. I graduated from nursing school in DEC 2011. I work a full time and I have 3 small children. So I started studying when I got out for the summer from my job. I registered for the 3 week learning extention the week before taking the test. I really didn't get a chance to finish all the sections. They want you to score a 75% I was scoring 55%. So i really didn't feel prepared. I also did questions from SAUNDERS Q&A CD. IM SO excited to tell the world I PASSED. My husband told me HE KNEW I WAS GOING TO PASS I DIDN'T FEEL CONFIDENT AT ALL. I FELT I DIDN'T STUDY ENOUGH. I HAD MEDICATIONS ON THE TEST THAT I HAD NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE. I also listened to Hurst review. Everything that told you was correct. The test is a judgement and safety test. NCLEX want you to be able to use good judgement to keep the patient safe. I think thats the best way to choose your answer. Also remember never choose assess within 15 min. What can you do for the patient to keep them alive. Thats the attitude i had when i choose my answers. I KNOW GOD WORKS MIRACLES Because he certainly gave me one. He alleviated my anxiety and gave me peace when i was taking the test. I am so thankful to God . So be encouraged to know that he got you through nursing school, he didn't bring you this far to leave you. He wll bring you through the nclex and pass it. God bless you all. Nothing is impossible with God
