  3. I think the last class you take has a clinical and I think it's in a community setting but it can't be while you are working. I think you can do it at your work site just not while your getting paid
  4. Do you like it so far? I am going to start applying cause who knows how long it will take me to get into a hospital where I live

  8. Yes I am willing to drive one hour each way! I could move 2 hours away and get a job at a hospital but I am willing to stay around and get what I can before I do that! And yeah I heard LTC experience is really good experience for a new grad! I am still applying to hospitals . I thought the new grad population would of slowed up by now but people are still applying all over

  13. do they hire new grads? I think plastic surgery offices want OR experience. I want to stay in the area I live in now! I could move and work in a hospital but I don't want to do that! I think I will apply to LTC facilities. How long does it usually take a new grad to get their first job? I have been out of school for over 4 months!!
  14. I graduated in may 2012 and I still have yet to find a job. I am from Harrisburg pa. I was wondering if I should start applying to nursing homes. Is this good experience?Any other may graduates with no job?

  16. I would deff take it! I just started my job an hour and fifteen minutes away! It's not too bad of a drive! I am 4 days a week till orientation is over then in 3 12s! I am in an area where the hospitals only want BSNs! I don't think commuting 3 days a week is bad at all

  18. I am applying to Drexel! I was wondering if anyone who is attending Drexel or has done the online rn to bsn program has any insight on how it is !Is it doable working full time? Is it a lot of papers? Is there a lot of support from teachers? Can you take nursing classes with general eds and where did you take your gen eds?Thank you

  20. anywhere! well i guess the program doesn't have to be in PA because I want a completely online program. I have a associates degree and I just want to go to a good college for my RN to BSN.

  22. Has anyone done the Arizona state university rn to bsn online? I saw they have a great reputation and that it can be done in 18 months? I'm from pa and I want to make sure I pick a good online program If you have done this program then how long did it take you and did you take 2 classes at once?I also have to do the chemistry online through them !And if anyone had any other school to recommend then please do !Thank you!
