  1. Hello, I work at the OSU med center as a sitter, and just received an e-mail from my supervisor about how they are hiring a bunch of new grads for the float pool. I believe they're hiring night shift only and unfortunately it's not children's hospital, nut as a float nurse you may be able to float to the infant floors. Many of the float pool nurses seem to enjoy going to different units everyday, though that can also be troublesome say if you forget certain aspects of a specialty. However it is always encouraged to ask questions. Good luck!
  2. I know several friends of mine who have either graduated with their RN from cscc or are going there currently, and they seem to enjoy/have enjoyed it. One who recently graduated also has interviews already! I looked into cotc for nursing but not cscc yet. I feel either would be a good choice, although if cotc is not fully qualified that does sound iffy. I'd keep in mind the area-cotc is out by osu newark and is definitely less busy than cscc in the middle of columbus. Hope this helped a little
