  1. Hello to any Australian Nurses out there, I just wanted to know, I am a second year nursing student and I was just wondering how hard it is to get a grad year? I have known a lot of people who have finished their degree but havn't managed to get a grad year. This wasn't too much of a concern for me because I was willing to travel, even go romote and rural for my grad year but... I have recently found out that I am pregnant, which is wonderful, but having a family might limit my ability to travel to find a grad year. So I am kind of in a panic. Have I just wasted my time with this degree, will I still find a grad year? Without it it's pointless trying to become a nurse. Has anyone got some advice? Should I try and find some other degree to study to find another career,?
