You said you did the Kaplan review, but I am curious if you went through all QTs and QBanks and all rationales..? Kaplan was all I used to review and I did just what they told me.. For every single question I missed, I looked up everything I could find on that topic - as in, if I had pernicious anemia and missed the medication, I look up the cause, population affected, medications, symptoms, etc... It took a LOT of time, I was studying 6-7 hours every day for exactly 4 weeks.... I took notes, wrote down little topics I wasn't familiar with, read through every rationale for every question choice since I found it offers additional information... 2 days pre-testing, I went through ALL my notes... I took my NCLEX today @75 qs and got majority SATA and PVT with the good pop up, so I am hoping this is a good sign...
